Plate Groove

At Plate Groove, we take great care in packing and shipping your vinyl records so they arrive safely and ready to play. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK (Domestic) orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • International orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.

Packaging

Vinyl records are securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Records may be shipped outside of the sleeve (but inside the jacket) to help prevent seam splits, unless otherwise requested.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, or other reputable courier services, depending on the size of the order and destination.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Plate Groove is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@plategroove.com.

  • Damaged items: If your vinyl arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging, so we can assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Plate Groove cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
